The bihar election results are a continuation of a very encouraging trend..the choice of a progressive result oriented governance over caste-identities as well as dynastic monarchic extravagance might signal an intelligence shift of perception of the indian voter..
A subtle viel of pseudo-enterprisement has been created aided by the Western media about the Rahul Gandhi brand of nationalism ..morals and political sensitivities have been deliberately mis-interpreted as staying overnight in Dalit's homes and claiming ownership over the money which has gone for the development of decades-neglected Bihar..Age old tactics of a silent ever-shilded monarchial leader whose ladyship has sacrificed her life for the country and a cacophony of wily Congressmen protecting the Madam's aura is reminiscent of the Nehruvian-Indira neo-political socialism which, under the viel of a central social just governance has managed to ruthlessly keep india's millions starving and uneducated..
People like Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar are anti-dotes to that..the new mantra is empowerment ,not aids and grants..we need more of them and more of this intelligenct voting to keep this scourge of dynastic poitics at bay..
May this election results herald a second wave of nationalism and progressive political developments in our country..in this scam and sham-riddled India, its only mature political choices that can overthrow powers that have begun to rot under the heavy burden of years of rule..

UPA government:a story of mass hoax
Never before have we witnessed such a collective apathy and skewed vision of the political circus that is going on ever since the UPA government came to power in 2004.A less-than-careful analysis of the election planks;the basis of which the current government was elected would reveal an abmysal failure in almost all respects to such an extent that it has today pushed our nation to the brink of an economic and security crisis.
A rabble of hoax by a dreadfully biased media which is hell bent on keeping the right wing forces out of power, has managed to keep the public blindfolded in its judgements and knowledge.whetherit be the spiralling food prices and inflation;a total failure to handle the internal security situation,a pathetic indescisivemeness in relation to our policies towards the Maoists menace,a ridiculous handling of our external affairs policies and an unrecendented rot in corruption in the govt. machinery,an expression of which has echoed in the CW games-the UPA govt, has been performing at a level which can at best be judged as alarmingly inefficient.
Comparitively when we evaluate the performance of the previous NDA govt viv a vis this one..its a ceaseless wonder how the people of our country cannot see such a glaring difference .
I personally feel this inability of judgement of the collective billion is a scar on the very process of democracy we champion..i feel its time we take a fresh look at our democratic system which can be tweeked and twisted in any manner by castiest and secularistic agendas to blindfold our people to the failings of our present leaders..

elections:regret stories
Its interesting how the elections turned out this year..BJP lost and was immidiately bashed and scrutinised by all sections of the Media..they ended up with an univocal answer..the days of ideology and propaganda are over and that only Governance and Development works...
Yet lets take a look as to how the BJP govt. is functioning wherever it is in power as compared to the Congress.
The Congress claims to have strong economic policy makers ..however even a layman will tell you that that the country has taken a rapid backslide economically post 20004. there is no fiscal restraint..the inflation just keeps going up..funding for infrastructure projects suffer...no market reforms except civil aviation..increased off-budget expenditure through populist measures!!! every reversal has been attributed to the Global meltdown. Yet in the same economic environment ,save Rajasthan..all the BJP ruled states have scrpted success stories..
i live in Karnataka, and despite the utmost attempt by the English Media to vilify the govt., Yedyurappa has done a fine job forcing acknowledgement from friends and detractors alike.
Gujarat is a model state for our country..whatever our pseudo-intellectia says..one needs to visit that state to fell its prosperity and governance...Modi's devotion to work shows and their faith in him is palpable ..
Chattisgarh is the only state where the Naxals are being resisted by the Salwa Judum program..of course our intellectuals are again hoarse over it[pity they always seem to reserve all their sympathy towards anti-nationals]
i wish all of us take an initiaitive to read beyond what the media throws at us..and realise who's working for our country and who's not..its not really a question of BJP vrs Congrerss..its just that i feel at this point of time the leadership of our Central Govt. does not have the focus and commitment to do good for India...
